Net profit of Elgi Equipments rose 69.72% to Rs 18.55 crore in the quarter ended June 2010 as against Rs 10.93 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2009. Sales rose 51.31% to Rs 171.65 crore in the quarter ended June 2010 as against Rs 113.44 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2009.
