The board of Gujarat State Petronet in its meeting on 29 July 2010 has approved the allotment of 39,768 equity shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme. Consequently, the paid up share capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 562.48 crore to 562.52 crore. | |
